Refund policy
**Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, variations in design, size, and color may occur.
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you have purchased please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order via email, phone, prior to shipment back in original condition and packaging and we'll give you a refund minus shipping round trip and a 10% restocking fee. It is mandatory that you receive the authorization by contacting us before the item is sent back. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
We make sure to handle your product with care, but in the rare event that your shipment should arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You must retain the packaging. Failure to comply with these requirements will void any claim you may present for.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
